I bought a direct "factory" rear harness for my 64 and the license plate lights have a different connector. Is this something I can cut and splice or will I need to find the correct connectors too hook the lights up? I tried contatcing Ground Up whom I bought the harness from but like usual no response. I mix with electrical as well as water does. Thanks for your help.

Ground-Up doesn't make the harnesses. You have to call the company that makes them. Not sure what the 64 license plate light is like, but the repro light for the 69's have the wrong end on them. The wire harness is made right. I called Factory Fit, the company that made my harnesses, and they sent me the end that goes with the repro light.
