What does the numbers stand for?? (I mean on the tire size.)

Like if the tire is 260|60R14
What does every number mean????

260 = 260mm wide (can't remember if it's tread or section width, but I think it's tread width)
60 = the height of the sidewall is 60% of the width (in this case 60% of 260)
14 = tire is made for a 14" rim
