will a set of cragar ss wheels off a transam fit my 65 chevelle 15x7 4 1/8 backspacing

65elcamino Jan 17th, 02, 9:23 AM Rob, They will fit with no problems, front or rear. The centerline and outside rim edge match up to my setup (8" with 5" backspacing). I have 255/45R17 tires on these rims and have 1" clearance between the tire sidewall and the outside wheel lip (without rolling the lip). You will have 1" extra clearance than I have on the inside of the tire.
