Redrum Jun 10th, 00, 10:55 PM Will a 30 inch tall tire fit? I know there appears to be enough room if the axle is centered but what about through the suspension travel? Do any of you have experience? I am considering 275/60/17's in back at 29.9 inches and 255/60/17's up front at 29 inches. I have lowered the ride enough to have these tall tires without looking "airborne". I say 'should' because I currently use a 30" tall drag radial on my '70 and the only clearnance issues I had were width, but not height. Are the rear wheel well dimensions on a '69 identical to a '70?
