I was crawling under my car on my lunch break and decided it would be eaiser to notch the frame and convert to a coilover set-up rather than relocating exsiting shocks. That way the coil springs will be out of the way and I can put in a couple of braces across where I notched the frame to brace it better since I'll be notching it almost 1.5 inches. Anybody run a coilover set-up? since the frame is gonna be skinny there will those cross braces help stiffen things up?
