Hey fellas,
I've noticed a slight lean in my car. When you look at it from the rear, you can see that the car is leaning to the left. When i purchased the car, the previous owner urged me to have the rear bushings replaced... that was 6mos ago. Does this sound like a bushing replacement issue or something more serious? What would cause this?

Thanks in advance!

could be as simple as a rear spring replacement or more involved.. Get a look at the rear control arm bushings if they are a concern, you can see them pretty easily from under the car.

If the rear upper bushings were really shot, enough to let the body shift to the left, this could cause a lean. This seems unlikely though. The car would really drive terrible like that.

I would say the most likely cause would be a broken or sagging spring on the left side. Could be the front or the rear. A sway bar that is out of adjustment or bent could put the left side down too.

I suppose no one is in the driver's seat when this condition exists? smile.gif

How much is it actually leaning?
