Im starting to rebuild my front and rear suspension and noticed the body mounts were fairly flattened. Is it worth the trouble replacing these? How much better will my 72 ride?

It's worth it. If you can get all the bolts loose it's not that big a job. It's getting those 30 yr old bolts loose that may be a problem.

So far every bolt on the car has come loose by hand. Is it the back 2 body mount bolts that you cant get to on top and have to cut the trunk?

The front by the core support you can get a wrench on, the next ones back infront of the doors i was able to remove my inner fender wells and get a wrench on it. The ones in the back i did not need access to the nut, just sprayed the crap out of them with PB Buster and let it sit for a month or two and they came right off, i would suggest spray them 3 or 4 times and wait a while, if you drive it just spray them once a week for a month then give it a try after a month. Mine was an arizona car and haven't had an issue getting any bolts off but these were on there, the PB Buster made them come off like brand new.
