I need to replace the floors and trunk in my 65 Beaumont convertible. I don`t know if I should do this on a spit or leave it on the frame. I can brace the door openings but I don`t want the car to fold up. What should I do?

I'm pretty sure your don't need to put it on a rotisserie to replace pans, floor or trunk.

Replace or make sure your body to frame bushings are in good condition, then you can work on it while on the frame.

It kind of depends on how the car is attached to the rotisserie. My rotisserie is setup so that the body is bolted down solid at all original body mount locations. I would think that trying to do this on one of the rotisseries that only mounts at the front and rear of the body, would cause some problems. That is why I built mine the way I did 6 years ago, I wanted to be able to change out any body panel while it was off the chassis without worrying about panel alignment.
