Can anybody tell me exactly how much the no hop bars move the upper control arm mounts? Is there a line of thought or info anywhere on how much to move it?

I'm finished with boxing the lower arms and I'd like to make something to modify the upper arm mounting points.

The old pair I have laying around raise it 3 5/8 inches. I don't know what brand they are MAS or Lakewood, they're about 25 yrs. old.
