hey guys i need a little input. i installed a sweep cluster on my 70 chevelle wagon and the speed sweep jumps all over the place when driving down the street ..i checked the cable connect and all seems fine.. any ideas?

Did you lube the cable inside the sheath? white lithium or graphite based grease will work.

besides lubing it you should pull the cable out to see if it's got a kink in it. Check your housing for a kink also. You can get a replacement cable kit at the auto parts store.
