Hello everybody! First post here, and thanks in advance for any and all help.

Okay, everything was working fine until two days ago with my lights. Driving lights, headlights, backup, and brake lights all work fine, but now when I hit the brakes, my front marker/signal lights light up! And, my turn signals stopped working completely at the same time.

Could this be a relay? Short? This isn't my first old car, but wiring isn't necessarily my strong point.

Thanks again!
Wade

Update -

I have discovered that by pulling the hazard switch out, it fixes the problem altogether. Well, besides not having any hazard lights. :D

You need a new turn signal / hazzard light switch

try putting in a new flasher unit for the hazards first...........................the switch is supposed to be out for off. Most vehicles will do this with the flashers on and the brake pedal pushed

Thanks for the advice, guys. I'll try changing the flasher then. I'm always overlooking the obvious...
