Do a search if you haven't already, there are countless threads on the topic. That said, i plan to go with Hushmat when i do mine. Ecklers offers a kit from them that will cover the floor, doors, quarters and roof for right around $250.

I have used a few different brands and I really like Second Skin plus Ant (owner) is great to deal with.

That Second Skin stuff looks like its a pretty good product. I myself bought a few rolls Thermo-Tec Supressor Mat and have yet to put it into the car. I read some good reviews about it on a couple different car audio forums and felt it would be a good choice. I bought enough of it to cover the roof, firewall, quarters, floor and doors. I just hope its as good as it seems to be.

After using dynamat and second skin side by side, the dynamat is a bit more thick than the second skin. This makes the second skin easier to work with but I'm not sure if it will deaden enough. I haven't finished the car yet, but I feel for the price the second skin brand is a much better bang for your buck

I'm waiting for our body to come back in a couple of weeks and was looking at the Second Skin products myself. - Doug

damplifier pro. WOW i just looked at the prices and it has shot up like a rocket. I got the 36 sq. foot bulk pack for $69.99. now its $159. at that price i would just go dynamat. You can get dynamat xtreme from amazon.com at about the same price per sq. foot. The only differences are the thickness and dynamat has there logo all over and the second skin is blank. I'm sure the dynamat is better because of the thickness, but im not 100% as we havent finished the car yet.

make sure you wear gloves and get a roller from orchard supply, home depot, lowes etc. they are much cheaper there.
