Hi All. I asked this question before but never saw an answer. What do you call the forging thatclamps to the rear end that raises the upper bushing on the rear end changing the angle of the upper bars? Can anyone tell me how this affects wheel hop. Thanks.

Do you mean the anti-hop bars? From Edelbrock or Jegs?

Here's a link: http://www.edelbrock.com/automotive/index.html (scroll halfway down)

I put the Lakewood version of these on my 66SS. Stock trailing arms, stock everything else and my car went from hop so bad it would shake the fillings out of my teeth to no hop whatsoever.

Maybe my experience was unique, but they worked like a charm for me.

Hope that helps.
