I am needing to know if I am supposed to wait until I have the car off the jacks and all the weight back on the suspension as normal before I tighten down everything on a polygrahpite complete front end rebuild. I am doing it now so any help soon will be great! Thanks guys

On rubber, you would have to have the weight of the car on them, but with poly, the inner sleeve pivots inside the bushing.

If you tighten while the suspension is dropped you'll 'preload' the bushings. The rubber bushings aren't greased and can't turn inside the shell or around the sleeve. After putting weight on the suspension the rubber bushings will be torqued/twisted.
