I has looking at the no hop bars that LAKEWOOD sells they would be the cast ones , do they work , and how hard are they to mount i think there is some drilling that must be done
i was going to box my lowers and install poly bushings in the lowers and rubber in the upper
with stock hight heavy duty spring ,dose this sound like a good set up???

This may not be at your pricepoint, but this complete setup seems to have all the right stuff:

It's from Dick Miller (http://www.dickmillerracing.com/Suspen1_page.htm). Looks to be well thoughtout, highly adjustable, and quick to modify. I don't know anybody who has one, though.

Sounds like you're on the right track for a good setup but what are you trying to achieve? Do you have a specific ET goal? Do you have wheel hop or other problems now? Is the car gonna see the track at all? Use slicks?
