I am looking to purchase the Lakewood No-Hop bars for my '67 chevelle with a (currently) non-posi stock rear. For the best hook possible, is it more advantageous to keep the height of the rear stock or lower than stock. (It is currently jacked up which is AWFUL for traction and braking.) I also plan on upgrading to the poly bushings. Is there anything else I should do while I'm down there (other than install a posi unit which I will be doing soon)? Thanks.
