Hi, my wiring harness has a wire that is suppose to attach to the parking brake. Can't find where to attach this wire or determine if a placement brake has been added or know what to do to attach the wire. Any help?

Theres a small switch on top of the parking brake ratchet,wire just plugs into it.If the switch is missing they are still available new.

Jim,
I can,t help you with a specific part or number,but that switch is extremely generic.So unless your doing a numbers matching resto you should be able to find a switch.Most any 80's era on down would probably be a good donor.
Seeing this reminds me mine is still broken.The plastic button had broken off so I epoxied it back on.It held on for a long time till one day I hit the Ebrake release and it popped me in the calf. graemlins/clonk.gif

Thanks, just want to get it to work, then I'll look for one that's correct for the car. Just aquired the 66, bought one new in oct of 65, sold it when drafted, so always wanted to get one again.
