First let me say I apologize to the die hards on the site. Now this question is about my neighbor's Torino GT. I'll tell it like I heard it. M/C leaked over the winter. WEnt to replace today. Bled on bench, then installed on car. Used mity vac hand pump to get fluid at all four wheels. Then pressure bled with son and couldn't get it to hold a pedal. This is where I come in. We went over and rebled all four wheels. RR, LR, RF, and LF. Had a good pedal on jackstands with car running. Knocked on my door half hour ago saying that the brakes don't work fully. They will stop the car at slow speed(gradually), but with my momentum you need to mash the pedal to the floor to get it to eventually stop. As far as I know all compnents were replaced last year. I figured on the following things:
1. Air in lines we didn't get out.
2. Bad master
3. Or possibly his wheel cylinders are leaking and he didn't check them yet.
If you can think of any other ideas. Please let me know.

maybe the rod length is different for the new m/c,or any of the other things you mentioned.
