Moved to restoration area

I have those in my chevelle as well except they are BAL and the door that was changed by a previous owner is KAN. I believe they could be Quality control check tags for the window hardware, the sticker could indicate it was checked and the number could be the checker? I'd like to know the answer as well and this is just an an initial take on them. If anyone knows the info please share. Andy
