Frame is home from the sand blasters, and when I took the frame apart, I threw all the old rusted bolts away b/c they were worthless. Now where do I order new ones from? Do I got Homedepot and search in the parts bins or is there a kit out there? I want to go with a hotchkis rear set up if that makes any difference. Anyway, thanks in advance.

i used implement (tractor) store grade 8 in my Nova- and it even comes in a cool gold color that really looks kind of neat against a semi gloss black frame. cheap, too. i think all the front end hardware (bolts, nuts, washers) cost me $5- you buy it by the pound at most places.

Yenko - I have purchased front and rear suspension bolts/components from this site's sponsor "Ground Up" and have been very satisfied.
OORAH!

A friend of mine sandblasted each of his old rusted bolts then sent them to be cad coated, original bolts and looked just like new.

This is the route I went. Grade 8 from the local hardware store (Orchard Supply Hardware) got me all the hardware at a fraction of the cost of OEM hardware. You'll pay through the nose for OEM fasteners. Depends if you want originality or functionality without the price ;)

I also went the ahrdware store route, getting all grade 8 bolts and nylon locking washers. Haven't had a problem in about 9 years of use... The rear have even been assembled/disassembled several times... No problems...

less expensive than repro/OEM stuff, and usually much quicker to get... But not original...

I was just looking through my McMaster Carr (http://www.mcmaster.com/) catalog and noticed that they sell grade 8 hex flange head bolts. They also sell the self locking flange nuts to go with them. They are all black oxide just like the originals.

Check out #92316A656 for an example of a 7/16-13X3" long bolt.
