I've had this filter stashed away and I'm thinking of putting it in the classifieds here. I know their are several changes made to these over the years and some bring huge money and others not so much so I'd like an honest opinion on what I have and should ask for it. I took some photos of the stamping, mesh and seam as I know those are the subtle differences.

I'm certainly no expert on these things Pat, but I believe the originals for the late 60's had "Best Way To" in front of the script that's on yours. I certainly stand to be corrected on that.

Agree, there were so many different mesh styles, script styles, etc. over the years. Good luck.

It aint for 66/67 .. So that narrows it down :)

I wish it was for the 67 so it would work on my car. It seems this would be correct and original for the 70-72's? If so what would be a reasonable price to put on it? Shame it's not the two grand version...wow :)
