Hey all,

I am looking to install a 95 corvette complete rear suspension into a 68chevelle. Has anyone tried this before?

Thanks!

It can be done. There's a '69 Chevelle on Pro-touring.com with C3 Vette suspension HERE. (http://www.pro-touring.com/featured_cars/Chevelle/Paul_Simpson_69_Chevelle_SS/paul_simpsons_69_chevelle_ss.htm)

C4 suspension would only be a little more complex due to the two locating rods on each end. It will need a good bit of fabrication to mount the pumpkin and all the locating links.

FYI, Wayne Due is working on both a front clip for Chevelles using 'Vette suspension and also an entire frame with Vette suspension all around... don't hold your breath though, his initial estimates for the full frame (with suspension) being around $10-$12K.

Paul Simpson's '69 'Velle (the one that Troy pointed you to) has the C3 setup. In my last e-mails to him a couple of months ago, he spoke of going to a C4 setup. You might want to e-mail him and see what he's up to with the project.
