Just copared my new 1" lowering springs to my old stock springs, and there's about a 4" difference. Does this sound about right, I thought it's quite a difference. What do you guy's think.

Should be about right. The lowered springs will be much stiffer to compensate for the height difference (also keeps you from bottoming out with the lower suspension).
