Don't know which "two nuts" you're referring to, however you must remove the entire chrome frame assembly to remove the glass (maybe you already know this). You need to remove the front door panel, find the screws that hold the glass channel (chrome bar) and remove them (can't remember if it's one or two). There is also a screw in the door just below the top of the door on the short dimension of the door where it closes againsty the fender that must come out. When this whole assembly is loose, you can pull it up partway, then give it a 1/4 turn to clear the inner and outer door panel (this will make sense when you try it) and it will come up and out. Now you can disassemble the frame (two halves) and remove the glass. It's really not too tough, just takes some time and patience. You might find it easier if you remove the adjuster bolts completely while the frame is still in the door. I think this may be the two nuts you're mentioning. You'll have to readjust the angle of the frame when you put it all back together. Rear quarter glass is silmilar...remove all the nuts that hold the adjusters and remove the tracks. Remove the up and down stops as well. Look closely so you'll know where each piece goes to put it back together. The glass will slide up and out without too much difficulty. I did all of mine and it just takes patience! Readjusting when you put it back in is trial and error to get it to close against the door glass and the top.

As Bob said the readjusting is the hard part. You may want to do what I've done. Get a WD-40 nozzle on a spray can and shoot a quick little shot of paint on the adjusting bolts before taking it apart. It will tell you where to place them again and also how deep to set the height of the adjustors. There are adj. screws with the screw driver slot in the head. You should hold the shaft with a screw driver and just spin the nut off since those are a real bugger to get back in adjustment.......for me anyway. A Fisher Body manual explains it all to you.
