I was looking at doing a Disc Brake conversion which it seam like everyone does. And I still have'nt found what I'am looking for so here it is
will I have to switch my clutch linkage to a cable or will a new Power dis brake cylinder work

I think from what I gathered from your post that you are looking to go from drum brakes up front to disc up front.

You'll need a stock Chevelle disc/drum master cylinder (just ask the parts counter man for a '70 Chevelle disc MC) & you'll need a proportioning valve as well. There are many suppliers out there that offer the valve.

No need to change your clutch linkage setup when going from drums to discs up front.
