Going to reassemble the front end suspension this weekend.....I know you are supposed to tighten the control arm bolts when the vehicle is on the ground. Do you do the same for the tie rod assemblies and centerlink, or do you tighten them to torque specs before you lower the vehicle to the floor. I have no common sense, so please don't say, just use common sense....OORAH!

the tie rod and steering can be tightened any time up or down.
