Ok so I finally won something as a door prize this weekend... :D I have a gift certificate for a free Baer Tracker bump steer system. Now since I am in the process of doing a tall spindle upgrade I'll be getting a set of them for a b-body. Unless.... somebody thinks I'd be wasting my time putting these on?

Now when I get these in who's gonna help me out with an initial setting? I know there are a few people here that have used this system.... graemlins/hurray.gif

Yeah, its a good idea to run them. To really dial out bump steer you are also going to need an adjustable center link. Setting it all up is an all day affair. You need to completely reassemble the front end WITHOUT the front springs. Then measure toe in/toe out while using a jack to move the suspension through its range of motion. Lonacre has a page to decifer your readings and walk you through proper adjustment. Good luck.

This sounds like it will be a fun task for us to undertake ;) . Better do this before it gets cold out :D .

hey genius we can't fully dial in the suspension until the rest of the car is done.... but this just means I will have more money to buy other stuff with graemlins/hurray.gif

JJ, get the Baer stuff anyway and do the install after the car is together.
