I'm about ready to do the front suspension on my 69, after months of compiling parts. I have new BB front springs, new shocks, and suspension kit from Ground Up that includeds upper & lower ball joints, control arm bushings, tie rod ends, and more...
My Chevelle has front drum brakes on it (for now), and I have a set of steel braided hoses that I want to install to help it stop.
My question is, will I be doing double work if I install the steel hoses now, and wait a few weeks to do the ball joints and suspension? Will I have to redisconnect the brake hoses?
Thanks in advance !
By the way ......295/50/15's fit on 15x8s very nicely with 4.5" backspacing, and stock new shocks and rear springs.
