I've used several kits from Ground Up and was very happy with them. It was all PUI stuff.

If I remember correctly the GU kit contained the most items. Why not make a chart of everything it contains and compare everone else's to it. If you buy one kit that does not contain everything you want you can eat the savings up buying the remainder at full price.
Keep in mind business is tough. Study all the catalogs and make a list of everything you could conceivably want and fax it to them for their best price (delivered). You are in an area that will have a lot of swap meets coming up that these vendors attend. Have your items priced delivered to one of them and you will save the shipping and get to inspect the order before paying.

Are you buying based on price or looking for something that is a complete package?
