I come in from moving snow to fix a virus issue. I tried the alt+ctrl+delete to bring task manager up to close the window but it says task manager cant open. I've turned the wireless card off on the laptop so it can get on the net. I have a total of 5 computers on the network but only one looks to have been hit by it.

Download and run Malwarebytes (http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html?part=dl-10804572&subj=dl&tag=button).
If your first try doesn't get it ,run it in safe mode.

How far back do your system restores go?
Might be able to go back couple days and then run Malwarebytes to clean up.
Might also try Superantispyware (http://www.superantispyware.com/downloadfile.html?productid=SUPERANTISPYWAREFREE) -run in normal mode, not safe.

I cant get malware to run in safe mode :( to come to it downloaded Norton aint-virus which the computer had Mcafee on it. a few minutes ago internet security 2010 came up. All alt+ctrl+delete does is come up saying the admin which is me and my niece has turned task manager off. Right now I'm resetting the hard drive to out of box factory settings and will try again.

Yup, this is what it needs. Total restore. It's the ONLY SURE WAY to clean a computer of malware.
