: 71 Heavy Chevy
71 heavychevy Feb 5th, 10, 8:33 PM I have found the car I owned 30+ years ago, completly intact it is a 402 Four-speed mulsanne blue, white stripe Heavy Chevy. I'm wondering just how rare it is?. It has virtually all of it's original drivetrain, including motor, Muncie, rear end, even the nos. Rochester carb.
FLASHED Feb 5th, 10, 9:26 PM I would love to have a Heavy Chevy but doubt I ever will .I dont think I have seen a mulsane one before .Do you have an old photo you would share?
dgwar Feb 5th, 10, 9:50 PM I just sold a 72 HC for 8 K. had it on e-bay twice and never got a bid on it.

I bet it wasn't a 402 4speed. Nice Hooters!
A '71 H/C with BB and stick and on top of that all #'s match original is very rare. I hope you want it back.

savage71chevelless Feb 6th, 10, 10:26 AM Ron, That is sweet, and rare. A 402BB with a 4 speed, you better buy that car back, you will never see it again if you don't
1972convss454 Feb 6th, 10, 6:51 PM I like a HC just because of their uniqueness (sp?) but I dont think they will ever bring big money. Which is sad. If I had a 402 4spd HC I would hold on to it. One of these days people will wake up to the HC's.
Chris R Feb 6th, 10, 8:17 PM Hows that saying go. If you once let something go and it comes back. Its yours forever.
