No, it will be too wide, and have leaf-spring pads. It would not be worth the fab-work required to convert a leaf rear to coil. Also, assuming it's from an older 2wd 1/2 ton, it will have 5 on 5" bolt circle for the wheels.

Anything is possible, but it's not worth the effort.
