780 CFM vacuum secondaries, fixed secondary jetting.....I have had one since the early 70's....Can do everything you ask of it......drag race foot braking; BBC 396, SBC 355 12-flats.......sit for 15 years, rebuild go racing again....11.50's on transbrake...sit 5 more years......Then I put it on the 65 Chevelle last summer and got 14.2 MPG on hi-way. Heck , it even makes 102 MPH in the quarter...You can add a metering block to the secondaries for jet changes. Mine's at 72's with a power valve(5.5) primary, 82's blocked PV secondaries and the purple spring in the secondary. Over the years, this is one performance goody I WILL NOT part with.......Mines a 3310 without a dash number, a Chevy part number for a Z-16 and an EH date code...It's a rebop Holley did in the end of the 60's......

I think the 3310-9 is a 750 with vac sec.

There are several versions of a Holley carb with the list of 3310. Why Holley used the same number for various versions is anybody's guess.

The original was a 65 Z-16 carb which had smaller fuel inlet bowls, which used an Acorn style fuel inlet nut. This carb would be dated for 65 production. Very rare carb. The second version was one which was sold as a service carb, and these are pretty common. and still carry a Chevrolet part number and the 65 style hot air choke. Dates on these are late 65 through about 1972. They all carry the normal holley bowls, not the acorn nut style. The third version is a universal vacuum secondary 780 Holley with manual choke. It is easiest to spot by downleg boosters that angle towards the throttle blades. (down inside the barrells of the carb.) These carbs have a rear metering block. The fourth type is a 750CFM, and the one you have in the photo. It has straight boosters, as seen in the photos, and no rear metering block. Hope this helps.

You said it.

So, this is a 3310-9, but is considered a 4150 style carb? I'm going to need a kit for it and just want to make sure I get the right one.

No ,it's a 4160 carb.
Holley kit should be 37-754 & trick kit 37-933.

Audie,
The kit Mike suggested above is the one I bought for my 4160. I just went to AdvanceAuto and bought the Holley kit there. ;)
