My friend dropped off a 4 speed at my house and said it came out of his camaro. He said if i wanted it, i could have it for $100. Here are the number that i found all over it.
Can someone help me determine what tranny this is.
GM 6261886
LDL124646
14030874 GM (on the tailend)
2274 (on the tailend)
GM 2263
3825656
3859033
Oh, and it's a 10 spline with 3 rings
Thanks a bunch,
Kyle

I'm not up on all the numbers. If it's entirely cast iron it would be a Saginaw, cast iron case with aluminum side cover and tail housing it would be a T-10, and all aluminum would be a Muncie. Dead give away on the Saginaw would be the shifter arm for reverse is up on the side cover. Instead of down in the tail housing like on the T-10's and Muncies. As far as I know those three are the only four speeds GM used.
