The one picture does make the windshield look a little funny, but with top and all, I'm sure it is a real convert. What is it worth? Figure what it would cost to fix it. Sheet metal replacement and body work-$5,000; paint-$3,000; find bucket seats and new interior kit/upholstery shop-$2500; new top, installed-$1500; mechanical stuff that is not obvious/"runs around the yard, but has no intake"-probably $3,000 minimum; 4 speed trans/maybe a console-$400-$800, new trim where required/bumpers-$600+; battery/tires/wheels-$1000. This is just the stuff that you know would have to be done. Somewhere around $13,000 so far and there is surely stuff not mentioned, exhaust, front disc brakes, steering box, suspension rebuild, rear axles/bearings, gas tank. Unless that car is $2000-$3000, it's not worth buying.

Lot of money and time to spend and end up with a car worth $18,000-$22,000, and that would be as an SS clone/with owner doing most of the work, except maybe body/paint/upholstery.
