I am currently putting rear disc brakes on my CHevelle. I have a question regarding the emergency brake setup. Do the 77 Caddy calipers adjust via the emergency brake or is it possible to run without an ememrgency brake setup and still get the adjustment out of the calipers by normal use like any normal disc brake setup..thanks in advance.

I beleive the park brake adjusts the piston position to an extent, however the brakes should still function without the park brake connected. You may have to climb under the car and manually cycle the park brake lever once in awhile, you'll know if you need to cause your pedal height will start to drop.
