I got one of those virus's and had to reformat my laptop's hard drive. Since doing that and USING the factory supplied toshiba CD disc, and reformatting the laptop to the original specs? I have had issues geting on the internet. So far I have manage to get the ether net port turn on (works fine at home but not when I travel), the USB ports do not seem to be operating either. Now I just discovered the wireless function doesn't work. I am not much on troubleshooting these.

Any help is appreciated.
