: 704EVER's LS6 going back together
steve70malibu Jan 26th, 10, 1:28 PM I'm putting back together Mike's 70 LS6 today so I thought I would share some pictures. Everything has checked out perfect so far, machine shop did a great job getting the bores perfect, bearing clearances measure right in the middle of the specs. I am enjoying this build for sure, seems like a slice of history going back together.
Dave Birdwell Jan 26th, 10, 7:48 PM Sweet, Steve. I'd like to hear that thing run when I'm down there in a couple weeks...

We hope to have it on the test stand by sometime next week, I am looking forward to hearing myself.

That was discussed but figured the paint would keep it a secret. Now that you have that information how much $ will it take to keep you quiet? :p
