Pads that give off little to no dust usually compromise stopping abuility unless you go after ceramic pads $$$$.

I can tell you what pads seem to give off the MOST dust!... Brutestop pads!

Bascially, IME, the metalic or semi-metalic pads are the worst about giving off the dust, but it's not really from the pads, it's from them chewing up your rotors! Organics are better about the dust, but then you don't get the stopping power you want. As Dennis said, the ceramics are the way to go from what I've seen. These are much easier on your rotors, provide good stopping power and don't produce a lot of dust. Of course, the trade off is the price as they are quite a bit more expensive! The Raybestos Quietstop pads are about the cheapest ceramic I've come across and do a good job without a lot of dust... but you still get some dust.

Just make sure you get a pad rated at least 'FF' for good stopping in hot or cold conditions.

Good luck,
Bill C.

Ceramic pads work well and are low dusting. Expeect to fork over a few more bucks than regular pads though.

Troy You must have the most great aftermarket stuff on your car. If you ever want stock let me know. I wish I could afford half of what you put into your car.
