I have recently done a drum to disc conversion (power brakes) on my 68. Brakes worked great until about yesterday, i noticed that the pedal was getting real soft and required pumping them up to started slowing down.
What could this be? The MC is filled to the brim! and i see no leaks from any of the brakes

Sounds like you may have a bad master cylinder. Try rebleeding the system first. If the problem persists, replace the master cylinder.

could be i guess. But the MC and power booster is only 2 months old.

Be careful bench bleeding. I ruined a master cyl right out of the box by pushing it in too far and it stuck so the fronts didn't do anything.
