If it were a sticker from your car or mine, there would be a connection and add validity to the car itself but as just a used window sticker......? The condition is so poor that "incomplete" would be a kind description. Certainly not in the condition that I would want to put it in a frame and hang it on a wall. Interesting to look at but certainly of no monetary value to me.
