I just finished bleeding the lines on my dad's LS5...it has front power discs. We put all new brake lines on the car, (steel and rubber lines,) new calipers, had master cyl. rebuilt, had distribution block rebuilt, had the booster rebuilt, new wheel cylinders, as well as new pads and rotors. Well all of the lines bled nicely, no problems. I went to put the front right wheel on and noticed it to be completely frozen, to the point where I couldn't move it with all of my strength!! I ran out of time to start playing with it in terms of letting pressure out of the bleeder and so on...but I'm not sure what to check. I'm thinking that I may have a clogged brake line somewhere somehow? Maybe I don't have the inverted flares lined up correctly?
The other problem is that whenever I push on the brake pedal with the car running, the "air rush" sound that you hear inside the car is VERY loud. I have no idea why this is. It's definitely louder than normal. Also, there is very little pedal pressure (which could be attributed to the stuck RF caliper?)
There are no fluid leaks anywhere that I can find. Any suggestions?? I thought that I would get some opinions before I dive into it again. Thanks a lot!
