Okiedokie.....we're lowering the 70 Chevelle with lowering springs and I have questions. I thought that I would purchase the 2"drop springs for the front and the 3" ones for the rear but I'm concerned that the car will sit flat in it's stance if not a little saggy in the rear but I'm not sure; will the car still have a slight rake to it if i go with the above combo or should i only drop the rear 2"? BTW-the car is a BB car. Does anyone have experience with a similar setup?
Thanks

THe car sits level with stock springs. You don't want to drop the rear lower than the front unless that's what you want for some reason. Keep the rear drop the same as the front or an inch less, in my opinion.

Yeah I wouldnt do the rear lower either. I ordered some some Coil Spring Specialties for my front, but It dips down a SLIGHT bit which is what I wanted. You should call or email them and tell them what you want to do, there good times, and the prices arent bad either. I think it's coilsprings.com

I requested a quote yesterday and got a response today!! The price is definitely right and I requested a 2" drop in the front and rear. I'll tell you how it comes out!!I'm ordering them next week with the rest of the suspension most of which is coming from BMR fabrication. Check them out! www.bmrfabrication.com (http://www.bmrfabrication.com) They have been a great co. to deal with so far and I'm very impressed with the quality and price. Also, I promised pictures of the car and I posted them in the bench racing section. Thanks!
