My dad said on his chevelle(69), he got some coil springs with one more coil than stock. He thought they came from the next biggest vehicle chevy offered. I guess they allowed his chevelle to hook up just as well as any other car he raced. What could those springs have came from...an Impala? Thanks.

Not another dead post. Anyone have any suggests or ideas?

I don't know about an Implala. But big block springs will make the front higher in a small block car.
