He says it's 2 flue? What does that mean? Is that a 2 row for a small block? The dimensions seem right for a 3 row big block though.

I'm pretty sure he was refering to a 2-row core which is the standard big block radiator for a 4-speed low perf. 396 car in 69-70 coded I believe BE. 3 row cores were optional HD cooling for the 69 and used on shp cars. Should still have the same tanks, XJ and IA as used on 69-71 4 speed 2 or 3 row applications with a 4 speed.
