Does anyone know of or have part numbers for adapter fittings for the Jeep 12.7 ratio (Metric O-ring style) steering box to the early SAE Flare (68 Chevelle) hoses? Not the Lee manufacturing ones, but maybe some that are available at a local parts store or parts chain store? JIML82, how about you? You appear to be the resident steering specialist around here. I thought I saw them listed here before, but I did a search (for about an hour!)and couldn't find anything.

Napa sells these Weatherhead Fittings. I'm not sure what the Jeep box is.

3/8" inverted flare to 14 X 1.5mm PN 1445
3/8" inverted flare to 16 X 1.5mm PN 1446
3/8" inverted flare to 18 X 1.5mm PN 1447

Thanks, Mike. They are 16 X 1.5 mm.

The pressure port on the gear (the one near the aluminum side cover) is a 18x1.5mm female thread. The low pressure (return line) port (the one near the input shaft) is a 16x1.5mm female thread.
