My stock rubber body mount bushings are compoletly shot, I am either gonna get the polygraphite ones or the solid aluminum ones. I have "heard" that with the aluminum ones you will feel all the vibrations through your car, but I am fairly concerened with going fast in a straight line and might put up with the extra vibration if its not that bad. graemlins/clonk.gif What are your guys experiences with the solid bushings? The aluminum ones are $10 cheaper anyways lol

It has been my experience that with solid body bushings, vibration is a little more noticeable, but not too awful bad if you have stock-style motor and tranny mounts. I can't say if it would be too much vibration for you, as everyone is different. I didn't feel that they were to bad on the Cutlass that I used to have, but then I was more concerned with power.

HOWEVER, if you have (or plan to have) solid motor/tranny mounts, then solid body mounts are gonna rattle your bones a little!

I just built my own Nylon solid body bushings. And so I can't tell you how they feel yet, but I agree with Joey. I plan to stiffen the chassis and body and run rubber bushings on the motor and trans. graemlins/thumbsup.gif
