Hi, I just purchased a 1969 lemans conv. frame. I was disassembling the frame and noticed that the front sway bar was 7/8" my front sway bar is 1". I purchased frame as a spare and I am going to powder coat it for my 70SS396 chevelle conv. Will I run into a problem when i change everything onto the new frame. Thanks For any Help, Ray graemlins/waving.gif

You also might alert the DMV (or Highway Patrol/Sheriff/etc) to see if there are any complications on switching the frames...VINs are stamped on the frame. Might not ever be an issue but it'd be comforting to have something in writing from the DMV (etal) saying they acknowledge that the car was pieced together.

I thought I read that the MC frames were different. I take it I'm remembering incorrectly.
