Just put a GW front suspension on my 67 396 Malibu, everything from upper and lower control arms, coil springs, and a tall spindel disc brake conversion. The problem is it lowerd the front end more than I wanted, what would be a good way to raise it back up a couple of inches. Thanks for your help.

dafr333 BB=BIG BLOCK

shadow150,
After redoing my front end on my 66, Federal Mougal,Moog #6204 is what they said were stock springs, I called them and didn't just rely on what the book said at the auto parts store. the ride height is a perfect match compairing it to pictures from original 66 ads. mine is a big block car. I read several posts about some people who had problems, but I think they used the 6204 big block spring in an application it wasn't intended.

Thanks Rocky for the info, GW said that the coil springs that I installed were for a big block. The chevelle looks good the way it sit's now, but I have 255/60/15 tires on the front. So maybe I will go with a different size tire. Thanks again. Steve
