Lesson 1: It's SPATTER paint " ;)

Color should be Black/White for 66 Chevelle.. NOT Aqua.

Use a product called ZOLATONE "Black Onyx" it's Sprayed out of a Gun.. No shaking, No mixing.. No Clear Coat.. Need a Base coat of Black in trunk.

Floors, sides, you name it.. don't Mask.. it looks too perfect when that is done.. hence the name Spatter... you may be referring to Red Oxide primer that can be seen at edges and on bleed through on original cars.. ie..

:confused: I was under the impression that a different factory may have used Aqua. My car had aqua in it and it was not redone, very rusty!

No sad faces ;) you are right... though I am not sure I always agree with the DIFFERENT factory theory...but yes, some 66 Chevelles used Black/Aqua while my experience has been to see and document more originals with Black/White which is also easier to find. 67 Chevelles used Gray/Aqua

I have not seen black white spatter paint. Just gray white and aqua black. Where do you find the black white? For a Flint car?
